ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No Cancellations, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges (except manufacturer defects resulting in warranty coverage). Installation not included. Purchase is acceptance of terms/conditions set forth. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. MT will be processed the next business day.

MATTRESS SETS:  Inspect all product before acceptance.  If damages are present, refuse the product and call Hospitality Findings for immediate re-order. Keep copy of your Bill of Lading for your records.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
